Mercury/32 v4.73

Hi Theresa,

I've upgraded Mercury a few times and I've never had a problem with configs or other settings so I can't see it being a problem for you. Just make a sideways copy of your mail folder before you do.

However, have a look through the forum at the issues raised by poeple since they've upgraded! We've been running 4.72 with no problmes for ages and have recently upgraded - I'm now looking at rolling back to 4.72 as I'm unhappy with a particular issue I have.

Regards

Dave.

Hello.  I am currently running Mercury/32 V4.6.  If we upgrade to

v4.73 will my current configurations stay the same or will I have to

re-configure?

Thank you.

You will keep all configuration settings when upgrading. There are some new settings available in 4.73 compared to 4.6, though, so you may want to check the configuration anyway after the upgrade. As always it's wise to have a current backup before upgrading in case there is some unexpected problem. Remember to shut Mercury down before starting the upgrade.
