Can't read some emails
These headers don't provide any useful information, can you please forward such a message
For the public (a more detailed reply was sent to the original poster): These messages are actually really broken, they only provide the multipart/alternative header without specifying any MIME compliant text subsection, just an HTML stream attached.

I am getting a few emails from websites and frequently am unable to read them, when I open them I see this:

"This message contains binary or non-textual data that cannot be previewed within Pegasus Mail.

Filename: Unknown

You can work with this file in the message reader's 'Attachments' page."

The only way I can read it by trawling through "raw view" I am using version 4.61 wyhat else do I need to do to actually read these emails properly?

Did you actually try the above suggestion? It should work properly if you select the respective part(s) on the attachments page (see below for a sample).

If they were images like jpegs it would be easypeasy but all I can see is:

underneath the words E-mail message another little box with the words "Alternative message formats" I have done a screen print on my pc but cannot paste it here.

Doesn't it look like below, there should be two subsections, maybe you need to drag the splitter bar down a little?

These headers don't provide any useful information, can you please forward such a message (attached to another one) to my personal address which can be retrieved via clicking the Contact ... link in IERenderer's About ... dialog accessible via it's menu (click the rightmost button on Pegasus Mail's toolbar)? The most significant header with regard to contents is the Content-type header (if any) which will most probably look something like Content-type: multipart/something ...
