New user, Windows Vista system. Was dedicated to Eudora since 1995 (using v6) but it has finally started crashing constantly and refusing to open mailboxes so have migrated to Pegasus. Some things are better in Pegasus, somethings I'm still figuring out how to make happen.
Ongoing issue from installation: I installed Pegasus on August 11, and the date shown, in all the mailboxes, is always August 11. Individual emails have the correct timestamp inside of them, and Pegasus is sorting them correctly according to the correct date, but still showing August 11 in the mailbox contents list.
Issue 2: Am visiting my mother so using her wireless router to log online. Pegasus keeps giving me a "6: Socket timeout." error when I try to send any emails. I am able to check mail successfully, but cannot send anything. Copies show up in "Copies to Self" mailbox, but the status at the bottom of Pegasus shows a queue of unsent mail. Related issue: I cannot figure out where I can see a list of queued mail. Where does it go?
QUESTION: Is there any way to "send again" an existing email? Can't find a command.
Thanks for any help. I used Eudora for so many years and I had it all very carefully organized. I'm sort of at a loss with a learning curve. Am looking forward to attempting to import all my Eudora mailboxes etc but need to learn basic functionality first.
