New in versions after 4.41 so has been around for a while now. Other changes and additions to Help also, some added in 4.61 like changes/additions to the Glossary function etc.. Be to read the What's new section of 4.61 and in 4.62 soon.

For many, many years have I started Pegasus with these options:

 -I vefatica -Z 256 -Q vefatica.net

And while it was running I could start another instance on a different mailbox like this"

 -I OtherUser

 It's no longer working (as of v4.61).  At first I was getting a dialog about conflicting options and now (I may have clicked "don't show me this again") it just restores the already running Pegasus.

 How do I start a second Pegasus as a different user?

See 4.61 Help, Commandline options and the -ms section. At -ms to command line to start another instance as another user along with -i<user> and any -id if used.
