Wrong Reply-to address

Thank you, Jerry Wise!!!! You got it!  [:D]

I had (at some past time) put the old address in the Dist. List Settings.

Thanks also to the other suggestors - they could have been the answer.

This has been bothering me for a while. I send out monthly "group" announcements giving meeting dates and times. For a time I used the Reply-To field (in the Special tab) to direct the replies to the other person who tallies responses.  Worked fine. (Currently on V 4.61 but about to update to 4.62)

He changed addresses a few months back. But Pegasus uses the OLD address for Reply-To, even when I insert the new address in the slot.

So group member now get error messages after replying!

  I removed the old address from my addressbook, and anywhere else, and erased ALL recently-used addresses. But the old address still showed up!

So this month I left Reply-To blank.  Screen shot attached, if I can do so after writing text. But the emails STILL have the OLD address in the Reply-To place!  The copy I send to myself shows the OLD address in the Raw View, as well as when starting a Reply. Screen shot attached.

How do I get Pegasus to clear the old address and use the new, current one?  This seems so weird that it acts like it has a mind of its own.

You employ a specific Identity for this mailing?
For that Identity look at:
Tools > Options > Outgoing mail > Sending mail | Default "reply-to" address

Check Tools => Options => Sending mail => Default "reply-to" address ...

Good try, but that is NOT it - the field is blank.  See attached.

It has to be somewhere in some temporary memory or similar.

Have you checked for the address being used in the .pml file if it was to a list? That may also contain a reply address.
