Ver 4.63 Strange behaviour
I have had new version for a few weeks and it does strange things I have never seen before and do not understand.
Can someone tell me if it is Pegasus or it is being affected by something. I delete messages but they stay there or reappear. in the delete box. It reacts quickly to things like putting in a email address from the recently used list to the point I have many addresses. It seems at time hypered up when I use the mouse and seems to over click and the windows do not stay consistant in size. I never had these problems with the previous version and I have changed nothing on the laptop or any settings.
It is interacting with something or what?
I don't suppose I can go back to the previous version or can someone tell me how as it is driving me nuts and I haved loved Pegasus for many years.

What was your previous version? Check Tools => Options => Advanced settings => Load Windows Internet Services ... for being set to Always (and restart if changing it).

I always keep my mail software up to date so I had the previous build of that version.
It is almost like it is speeded up on steriods the way it seems over over react at various places
That setting is as you advised me to change to so I guess it is not that.

It was just a wild guess since I don't remember having heard of such an issue before. Did you restart your system for a try?

When did this behavior start? Installed new version and problems arised with next start of Pegasus?
Is Pegasus the only apllication having problems?
Did you have a consistancy check on delete box?

I did as you suggested and reindexed delete file . I tried to do same on new messages folder but it does not allow. I have a folder that has five hundred mail messages so I created new folder and tried to move mail received this year to it and I got told on trying to move that it had a direction command to another folder and did I want to change this to the newly created one and I clicked yes and it went into a shudder and I lost the newly created folder and got for the first time an error messag

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium and I have changed virus scan times and anything else I can think of that might be interferring. I have used Pegasus for over 15 years. I have checked for viruses

I can see the software shudder when I am just looking at my laptop.
I just want to go back to previous version but understand I can not so I am starting to use other mail system as I am worried I am going to lose everything.
Is there a maximum number of emails in a folder or in the software?

Now the newly created folder that disappeared after error message has suddenly come back with the transferred mail in it ............
This happened while I was writting messages to this web site

The mail that has appeared seems to be todays mail and I have lost the mail I tried to transfer. It did not come back on reindex. The window most strange is the new mail folder
