Messages stored in Copies to Self folder are truncated

Based on the lack of responses I suspect everyone is a clueless as I am.  Have you checked to see whether the part that appears to be missing is visible in the Raw view of one of these copied to self messages?

When I send messages to others a copy of the message is correctly stored in the "Copies to Self" folder. However, the

top part of the message (first sentence or so) is missing.

The same thing happens when I reply to messages that others sent me. A copy of my reply is stored in the "Copies to Self"

folder but the first sentence or more of my reply is missing.

What could the reason? Did I configure it wrongly.

I'm running Windows 7x64 Home Premium and Pegasus Mail 4.63.
