Hi Guys,

When printing a received html formatted e-mail by using the keys STRG+SHIFT+P the header of the mail is not being printed. Instead of it the following sting is being printed:

"Cache-hits: 1  Downloads: 0  Total: 1", followed by the correct mail text.

On the other hand, when printing a complete e-mail conversation with different replies inside, all other headers (except those of the latest receipt) are correct with:

From:, Sent:, To: and Subject:

Also when printing the mail as plain text, all headers are being printed correctly.

Has anybody an idea

Cheers

Joerg

Please check that the File Bearhtml.ini contains a line stating: Prtflags=3  to get both page headers and a page count line produced.

Hi Martin,

I have added a line with Prtflags=3 to the Bearhtml.ini, but without success. When printing, "Cache-hits: 0 Downloads: 11 Total: 11" still appears at the header of the printed e-mail. Only changing from BearHTML to IE-Renderer solves the problem. In that case a print preview is being opened where all is fine.

Cheers

Glad to hear you have a solution, but what version of Bearhtml are you using?

Hi Martin,

Just seen that there is a newer bearhtml version available for download. I have installed the last one in December last year. Will update on Monday and report then.

Cheers
