Highlighted IMAP messages

Many thanks for the replies. I checked using webmail and the two mails in question were indeed marked as urgent, but, as Guy stated, it's not possible to view the message properties so the only way to stop them occupying their position in the folder view in Pegasus was to delete them.

Rather oddly, whilst using the webmail I noticed that there were a number of other emails that had been marked as urgent by the senders however these emails were behaving as ordinary mails -that is they were not highlighted in Pegasus and neither were they sorted to the top of the message list. This will have to go down as one of those eerie computer vagaries!

Just started using Pegasus after using Thunderbird for a few years and have found that when I download imap mail in Pegasus for some reason two messages are highlighted in red and kept at the top of the list of downloaded mail regardless of their date. It is alway the same two messages and this doesn't occur with these messages in Thunderbird. I presume that the two messages are being filtered in some way that I haven't orchestrated nor can I find any hint of in Pegasus. I've got a horrible feeling this is going to be a ridiculously simple thing to fix but can somebody point me in the right direction please?

I assume these messages are marked urgent and as such at sent to the top of the listing and highlighted in red. That's the way it works for me.  Try right clicking on the message in the folder listing and selecting "properties" and then uncheck "Is urgent".

Message Properties are not available for IMAP messages.
True that header "Priority: urgent" triggers red colour and sort.
