<p>I have a customer who sends me email, and he has specified that he gets read confirmation, which I think about and usually allow.</p><p>However, it looks like the 'replies' are failing. I have found .cnm files under Mail\Admin that contain the following (partly quoted)</p><blockquote><p><b> Content-Description: Reason for delivery failure.
