Thanks for the response Jerry but I have many smtp definitions, on the same account as IMAP and others.

Strange thing is I tried on my home PC which has version 4.62 and it works fine.

Hello

For the first time, in the 10 years I have been using various releases of Pegasus, now on 4.63 I have started to use IMAP

If I reply, or forward an email from the IMAP inbox it will not send, or actually do anything. On a reply, or edited forward, the send button appears to do nothing, apart from the mouse shape changing for a few seconds.

On a Forwarded email, without editing there is no response whatsoever.

I presume this is not the way IMAP should be or could I have some incorrect settings ?

Use menu Tools, Internet options to configure and SMTP server for sending mail which may or may not actually be hosted on the same server as the IMAP account. Just like wit POP3 you also need an SMTP definition configured to send mail.
