Windows not redrawing (tick count reached 50 days)

PMail 4.63 on Win7.

Today it's day 50 of the Windows tick count (meaning the tick count just rolled over from 0xFFFFFFFF to 0). I reported this before (quite possibly about 50 days ago). PMail (which had been running 11 days) does not redraw its windows when restored from the tray; everything is white. Clicking a menu button causes everything to redraw but after minimizing the problem returns. Of course, restarting PMail fixes it.
