Trying to uninstall Pegasus mail - error

And if trying to uninstall one of the latest versions of Pegasus Mail first uninstall IERenderer ("Pegasus Mail HTML Renderer") as its installer won't work properly anymore after uninstalling Pegasus Mail first.

When trying to uninstall Pegasus mail I get the following error...

'Setup has detected that Pegasus Mail is currently running.'

How do I uninstall as I can't get passed this message. Thanks.
