OK I found the answer under the file Menu Review Qued Mail. I don't  know how I missed that when I actually had the issue to deal with. TY Jerry.

I recently got a message when I wanted to close PMail that I had mail in the que waiting to be sent and asking if I wanted to send it now. Was there a way I could have viewed the email to see if I wanted to send it? Was there a way I could have deleted the email without sending it?

File menu, review queued mail or alt-f-i keystrokes. You can delete from the Queue manager when open.
