2 outgoing msgs are permanent residents

 

The msgs are blank, appeared after a crash. Always in the outbox. How do I permanently delete them?

They will not send, and they cannot be deleted using Review Queued Mail. They appear to delete in that window, but they;re right back again in the folder view.
