I've just had to do a ground up rebuild of Windows XP, and I have downloaded the latest Pegasus version and installed it. Restoring all my mail folders from my back up worked just fine, apart from the fact that 4.63 treats each one as a single user and won't show the user name, or allow me to open multiple windows. Each time I want to swap mail boxes, I have to close the window and restart Pegasus.

I'm not sure what revision of Pegasus I had before, it's an old installation and I'm guessing that it was about 4.32 - that's a number that sprang to mind.

Any suggestions anyone?

The old change user function was abandoned after v4.41 and is now replaced by the more powerful -ms function which allows running of multiple instances of same executable with different usernames just like as if they were totally different installs.

In many cases having separate user names is no longer even the best way to do it. In many cases just separate Identities are all that is needed and with each using separate POP and SMTP definitions created under Tools, Internet options and many tabs below.
