Mail Flow Not Showing In Queue Status Window After Server Move

Did I misread this - is it now fixed?

Good

Afternoon,

I recently moved our Mercy

installation from one server to another, all working perfectly after the move

except no activity shown in the "Mercy Core Process Queue Status",

"Mercury SMTP Server", or Mercy SMTP Client (relay version)"

Windows, even though mail flow is fine.

I've checked all the setting

a couple of times and can't see why it's not showing.

Any assistance would be

greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris

Make sure you have only one copy of Mercury running.  Look at the processes in the Task Manager.

Have you got it installed as a service?  If so, modern Windows versions don't let you easily interact with the interface.  You need to stop the service, start up a manual copy and make changes, close down and then restart the service.

A solution is being worked on.
