Pop3/SMTP definitions edit - PMail crashes

Try starting winpm-32 using command line including -o to start in offline mode. See Help, Commandline options. It may not be possible to Edit and save file while open and locked as would be the case if the .pnd file is in use and connection is active and the indicator is showing red as when connection is hung. You can get to it using other Identity while winpm-32 is running because the affected connection and .pnd are not open and locked at the time of edit and save.

Using 4.63... cannot edit pop3 or smtp definitions, PMail crashes. The only way I can edit a definition is to select a different identity, go to Network Options, go to pop3 or smtp and select "add". Then when I select the definition I originally wanted to edit, I can edit it without a crash. Also, I cannot delete a definition when in the "add" screen. The only way I can delete definitions is by going into the PMail directory, identifying the the appropriate PND file, and deleting it. All very cumbersome! I use Avast and I've tried it with Avast turned off. I've also reinstalled PMail a couple of times and I've also rebuilt the state.pmj file. No go! Any suggestions?

Appreciate your help.
