IMAP Profiles Connect Disabled

Thanks. I changed the winsock setting and it works now.

We have 4.63 installed and are trying to set up some IMAP boxes for shared mail. This seems to work fine on all but one of our usernames. On that one, when we do Tools...IMAP Profiles, the Connect button is disabled initially, and is still disabled when an IMAP profile is added. If we double-click on the IMAP profile, Pegasus crashes. Again, the same information works fine on all other usernames. I can't see anything in the Options that seems to control whether IMAP is working or not. Can someone help with this?

Thx,

 Tom Doan

What is  different about that username configuration? Is it possibly starting in offline mode? Is it not set to load winsock as that is required for IMAP to work.

Do not Edit, but you can open and view IMAP.PM file in username home mail location to see if anything was actually set using Notepad or other plain text editor. Compare with that of another username file. Do not Edit via text editor but use the GUI instead.

Is this other user really a user or possibly only and Identity added to another username? Users all are subdirs under ..pmail\mail location and listed in the pmail.usr file in \mail location.
