Incredimail is a mail client and has nothing to do with the original poster's problem with the mail server.

Your message reads just like a product advert - is that what you wanted?

I’ve installed the mail server (mercury/32

POP & SMTP), and outgoing mail works just fine, but my ISP blocks port 25. Now

I have changed it to the ports they recommend but still no incoming mail, which

leads me to my second question. I found where to send mail, but where do i go to

see incoming mail? I know it sounds silly but I can’t find it!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Also using this "telnet

mail.hmailserver.com 25" at the command prompt i was able to connect, so i

am beginning to wonder if port 25 is really blocked

Incoming mail server name mail.comcast.net

Incoming mail server-port # 995 (pop3)

Outgoing mail server name smtp.comcast.net

Outgoing mail server port # 465 (smtp)

Ssl encryption checked

thanks in advance

Your Provider want's you to use SSL, so the Port for SMTP isn't 25 - it's 465. I think you activated MercuryC for SMTP.

For receiving POP3 you should activate module MercuryD as POP-Client (MercuryP handles if you want Mercury/32 to be your POP-Server for a mailclient like Pegasus).

If "hmailserver" is your server with Mercury/32 and you have loaded MercuryS and did no configuration, your MercuryS accepts port 25.
