I think problem may have started with installing Explorer 9 and I have since gone back to IE8.
When I receive a message with attachments, I cannot see any attachments , the message page says
"The following section of this message contains a file attachment
prepared for transmission using the Internet MIME message format.
If you are using Pegasus Mail, or any other MIME-compliant system,
you should be able to save it or view it from within your mailer.
If you cannot, please ask your system administrator for assistance.

when I go to the attachments view there is nothing to see, preview is on. If I forward the message to google mail I can see the attachments. If I choose to save the unseen attachment then I can see it at the saved location, and I can see it in the 'raw view'. So it is there, just not visible. When I enter a specific application to view the .jpg rather than Pegmail, it still cannot be seen.
Which setting might I check, might it have anything to do with IErenderer, should I try to reinstall Pegasus mail - any suggetions would be appreciated.
It looks like its a system problem rather than Pmail.
If its only jpegs that are affected you can look at resetting the program to be used by the system for that purpose .

Still trying to figure this out. When I reinstall Pegasus and just do the upgrade I have the same problem of seeing no attachments.
When I do a complete new reinstall, everything seems to work fine, except I don't have all my old folders and messages. Should I try to fix the version with all the old messages I want to save but doesn't have a working attachment viewer,
or should I do a clean new reinstall and then try to put all my old saved messages back in - not sure exactly how to do that? I would want to put all the old saved folders and messages back in, but not necessarily all the old settings since some of these settings may be the cause of the not being able to view attachments problem.
Suggestions appreciated!
