Dont know how to word this but can all incoming email be blocked except those that are on a list? I see that Mercury has a subscription list of some sort but dont fully understand.

A mailing list can be set to only allow members of that list to post to it. Additionally, a mailing list can be used in a filtering rule, which means that messages from senders that aren't on that list can be returned or deleted.

Well.... I thought i did describe by problem, but no worries as i have since went to another email server to handle our email now. Thanks anyhow.
