I as well get many per day and do the same.  This was the first time the Alert came in from Avast! and all went well.  There have been more than usual in the last month or so.  Have also noted that SPAM Halter is not classifying all of the ones that are IDed as [Bulk] by my ISP, which I have set in their WebMail on their server.  Maybe need to go in and set a filter in PegMail to ID any that are [Bulk] in the Subject line for SPAM Halter to take over.

Thank YOU 'SPAMhalter' for doing an EXCELLENT job.  That saved my . . er . . computer and software by moving an email that had a link to take me to a phoney website to get me to install a "Trojan Horse" and my Avast AntiVirus FREE v 8.xx popped up an Alert to this fact.  Being aware there could be something wrong here, I was ready and when that warning came in the browser was closed.  Pegasus and Halter saved the day.

I get scam messages all the time perporting to be from my ISP, bank, ebay, paypal etc. I hover over the link and see what addy comes up and read the text. Then I'll just delete the email.
