replies only going to CC not original sender

Brilliant! Thanks so much for this answer. This has really helped me.

If I receive an email from someone who CCs a colleague, when I click reply, my response only is sent to the CC'd colleague and not the original sender.

How can I fix this?

Version 4.63 (Win32), Dec 22 2011, build ID 325

There should be a window that popups allowing you granular control over the reply.  If you are not seeing it then your Reply button is not configured to "Reply with options".  To get to the Reply button configuration options click the black triangle to the right of the Reply button.

If you are seeing the reply options window then look in the center of it for the option to copy CC recipients.

Keystroke tip:  When reading a message, the "R" key will automatically trigger a reply with options.
