download all image

The image cache is on your PC, the location depends on which html renderer you use (either Bearhtml or IERenderer). The images are held for a length of time supplied by the user. See Cache-days in Bearhtml.ini and IERenderer.ini

As for writing an extension, this will be next to impossible, as it would have to duplicate all the function of Pegasus Mail, as it downloads and handles each incoming message in their various formats. As mentioned in a previous posting on this thread, the images are for the most part not held inside a message but are only supplied by downloading from the originator or other site when a message is opened.

And finally for your information, an extension can be written in just about any language, but for ease of implementation either Delphi /Pascal or "C" would be preferred. There are people here that can help you, should you attempt to code this yourself.

If the image is loaded from the internet, then you will need a connection to see it in the displayed message.  However, once seen it should be stored in cache for you to view offline.  (This behaviour is dependent on your method of viewing HTML emails, IERenderer or BearHTML, and settings in the configuration file.)

At present there is no way to get remote images while downloading mail from your server to your Pegasus Mail. It is the act of opening a message that gets the images, if you have the option set to automatically download them. See Pegasus Mail menu Tools/Options/Message Reader then select the Automatic feature in the "Download remote graphics..."
