Freeze on startup

I seem to have fixed this by removing all the .cnm files out of my mailbox then putting them back

I seem to have fixed this by removing all the .cnm files out of my mailbox then putting them back

I am using Pegasus 4.63 with 2 users on a windows XP computer. One of the user mail boxes opens normally. The other one hangs on the start up screen and will not open. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this problem. It would be most appreciated.
