Hi,
I'm hitting Mercury32 via outlook 2010 clients via pop3. Working finr for 1 year.
all of a sudden this morning, users get an outlook error 0x800ccc0f error. Mercury32 pop3 show a connection attempt but no error.
Users can not get pop3 emails. They are in their mail folders shown with an A attribute, and pop3 shows "User1 username, (1) 8 messages, X bytes, connection closed. but the user will not GET those 8 emails!
Outlook was set to delete emails from box after it gets them. I have played with "leave on server: setting in ourlook not good!
What has happened, been all morning without new emails!
Oddly enough, if I do the outlook "test accounts: button, that one email will come through, all other emails sent from local users will NOT come through, its like it does not even see them but they are there sitting with the outlook test mail that will go through!
What has happened? We are lost without email!
I tried Turing off the pop3 "offer only unread emails", that did not work, I tried deleting the cache file int he mailboxes, that did not work!
HELP!
Mark
