Current Windows version blows up on start

Run limits.exe located is same location as winpm-32.exe. Set reasonable limit and you will get a warning if any user tries to attach too much or any overly large file.

Help, About, Info display will then also show you the limits you have set.

I have the latest version running on W7 32 bit starter with 4 separate email addresses supported. I've used Pegasus since 1995 with minimal issues and this installation has been fine for 2 years. The problem started when I put some huge attachments on an email in one account. That one crashes during "Opening New Mail" with no error message when I try to start it. It does give the "Mailbox locked" warning in the startup form. All of the other user accounts/email addresses in the same installation are fine. I have obviously overloaded something but WHAT?
