Is there any Antivirus allowed to check mails while downloading them with POP3?

Disable this feature.

I've been using PMail for 20 years but in last few days I'm finding it is importing some mail from the comcast server but ignoring most. No idea why. Can anyone help? I'm on a pc and have found in the past that some microsoft windows update has disabled my Pegasus. Does anyone know if that's happened again? Thanks. ~~Penny

Create an internet session log to see what is happening when you connect to the server.

See Tools | Internet options | Check create session log.

Read the associated help files first for an explanation as to how to access the log.
