Hi Michael, I followed your suggestion
of placing the correct path: C:\PMAIL\Programs as the key value for
the Pegasus BaseDir. With the clarification from your new
instructions I successfully (I think) followed your original
procedure. When I hit OK in the execution box, the usual warning box
came up asking if I really wanted to run this program from an unknown
source. I clicked OK but didn't see much happening. I went to Task
Manager and saw that IERender.exe was running. Shortly thereafter I
looked again and the listing as a running process was not there any
more. I went to C:\PMAIL\Programs\IERenderer and checked the version
of IERenderer.dll. It is 2.4.9.0.
Problem: The overwriting of several
lines of text on any Email from Amazon confirming a purchase still is
present, The problem is still cleared up if I click “Open in a browser” in
Pegasus. My browser is Opera. Is there something I can try next? By
the way, I found another type of rendering error in one Email from
WebMD.
Ben
