You were correct in that the hide option was ticked............thank you!

Win 7 & latest version of Peg. Both for my wife's computer and mine, Peg does not drop into the tray upon minimizing.  Instead it closes. Is this is a fault of Win 7 or Peg? What can I do to correct this?

How do you know it is closing?  Does it just disappear?  Have you checked the task manager to see if Pegasus Mail is running after you minimize it?  I ask because I wonder if it might be minimizing to a hidden icon

in the notification area of the taskbar.

The settings that control how Pegasus Mail minimizes are located in Tools > Options > User interface >

Reporting/logging.  If the "Place an icon in the Windows System Tray" is

ticked then make sure the "Hide the Pegasus Mail taskbar entry when

minimized" option is not ticked.  I you do not want an icon in the notification area then the "Place an icon in the Windows System Tray" option should not be ticked.
