options for spellcheck

I've recently installed v 4.7. It might be due to advancing Alzheimer's on my part, but I can't find the options for Spellcheck to set it not to check the parts from the original mail when I reply (ie the parts with <).

It is in the "Setting" tab of an active spell checker window.
