Well, okay, I guess I did get the picture in.  The preview didn't show it.

Have 4 computers on office. , each with different versions of PM. One after installing and uninstalling 4.7  can receive email but cannot send. Get error msg saying smtp server will not receive. A settings on this computer and all others are same, so problem should not be with settings unless something  peculiar with the one that won't send. What do you recommend that I do. If install 4.7 how can I be sure not to lose many mailing lists and dist lists while I'm fooling around with the computer.

 Second problem is that I have alre4ady signed up for community under another email addr and name but do not remember PW. All I get is confusion from  you no live body computer. I'm now signed up  under a new name etc. How to get back also to my old one which your computer says is listed??  Best way to contact me is my personal email  eduskin@earthlink.net

I don't know if this will help, but I finally got the new settings right

for sending out through Verizon Fios.  See if your settings match in

the boxes in the pics even if you don't use the same information.  I had

the right information in the wrong box and after 3 days finally got

someone to figure it out.  This is Pegasus 4.7.

I couldn't get the second picture up.  I'll try again.

I can't seem to get the second picture in.  The main problem was that I had (see picture above) the smtp.verizon.net in the wrong box under General so be sure to put it in the second box down.

Then go to Security and click on SSL at the top right then put a check mark at  login to the SMTP server using the following details and type in the user name as you see.  You don't need to check the other boxes, at least not with Verizon.
