Tools | Internet options | Sending. Select your Verizon definition, then Edit.

Compare whats there with the settings provided to you by Verizon and take into account the info already provided to you through this forum.

I get the big Pegasus box with the message "SMTP Network or Protocol Error Sending Mail"...I have tried to see what should be checked or not, and what should be in the boxes in Tools/Options/Outgoing Mail and Tools/Internet Options/Sending (SMTP) & /Edit

More info plse. Did it work and then stop? New Connection? Can you receive mail?

I use Verizon and they will not help with a 3rd party...it worked fine before...I receive emails...I do not know what to check or what to put in the various boxes as explained and could find no examples...thank you...I tried to upload a picture of the new error message that appears on my screen from Pegasus...the above address works
