I'm trying to send a mailmerge with two attachments, different for each of 40 recipients. Recipients and filenames are listed in a tab-delimited text file with 8 fields. The Help says nothing about the folder where the attachment files should be stored. I've simply left them where they normally live and entered full paths with each attachment file, enclosed in double quotes. I enter the field numbers for the two attachments in the requisite box when setting up the mailmerge, but they never get attached when I do a test run. Everything else works fine, namely email addresses and various text fields in the message body.
Does the attachment function work in v.4.70? Assuming so, I'm probably missing something very obvious. Can anyone suggest where to look? Thanks.
best
David
