Pegasus won't open Full Screen

Thank you, Brian.

I did as you said and it worked. Both the main window and the child i.e. an opened email. For a long while I had been maximising that as well and thought that's the way it had to be.

So I'm very grateful to you.

In the past few days it has changed behaviour in that when it opens it displays lop-sided i.e. half off (hidden) to the left and I have to click Full Screen to get it back to 'normal'.

It's driving me nuts!

I'd be grateful if anyone can advise how to get it back to proper behaviour.

Thank you,

Harold Fineberg (London UK)

If you talking about the main Pegasus Mail window I suggest moving the window and stretching it to full screen rather than maximizing.  Check to make sure the "Save the Pegasus Mail desktop state between sessions" option is enabled.  It is located in Options | Basic settings.  Now restart Pegasus Mail and see if the window position sticks.  I don't know whether the main windows size and location are stored as part of the desktop state so please report back with your results.

If you are talking about a child window then make sure the "Save the Pegasus Mail desktop state between sessions" option is enable then reposition the child windows to your liking.  Do this while the main Pegasus Mail window is stretched to full screen rather than maximized (a maximized main window can adversely affect the saving of the desktop state).  Now restart Pegasus Mail.  You can maximize the main window again once the desktop is how you want but I suggest running it stretched to full screen instead.
