Signature location when replying

How can i rise signature from the bottom of the message to the top, where I actually write the reply?

 

Now it looks like this

Other than cutting and pasting I don't know that you can.

Generally the signature will be where it should be, at the end of a message.

Yes, you can. Go to Tools, Options, Signatures and tick "Add this variant of the default signature upon message creation". It'll appear above the message you're replying to.

After resaerching the problem the above is correct, but you need also to go to Tools | Options | Messages and replies, and check the special settings for replies, i.e. place the cursor on an initial blank line and insert the signature below the blank line.

Also consider using glossary entries rather than signatures.  You can create more glossary entries than you can signatures and can insert them wherever you like with just a couple of keystrokes.  A disadvantage is that glossary entries can only be in plain text.
