Mercury and (manage)-sieve

If the server supports "sieve", the mail client (also supporting this language/protocol) is able to control things like server side filters, auto reply for vacation and other useful stuff every user wants to control by himself without sending a mail to his mail admin ;-)

Hi All,

I would like to start a thread about "Mercury and (manage-)sieve". I would like to know your thoughts about this topic and if this is a feature which should find its way into v5 or not?

I personally just started to use Roundcubemail and there would be a plug-in allowing me to leverage features provided by this technology if there server would support it ;-). Especially defining filters on the client side would be cool and in my opinion this is a pain in the ... today.
