Cannot Open Downloaded emails

What do you mean with "download"? POP or IMAP?

If IMAP - delete the cache information of the folder holding that mails via context menue -> folderinformation (sorry - may not be exact menue - I have german Pegasus) and restart Pegasus.

Am using 4.70 0n Dell 32 bit windows XP.  Emails via earthlink.net download titles but msg will not open.. Will open via webmail and on other computers in office. What could be wrong on this computer. Problem just started yesterday  Help please!
