<p>This utility will hold a message until scheduled send date then move it to the Pegasus Mail output queue. Instructions with the program show how the message needs to be prepared and moved to the PENDING directory.  On a regular basis this program should be run to detect any waiting messages that now need to be sent.  User is cautioned to ensure that mailing day is not following weekend dates.
