I have been using V4.7 since it came out.
I was away from home for a couple of days.
I used the hotels WiFi to keep up to date on what was happening.
I had no issues while there.
The problem appears to have started when I returned home.
I have not changed any settings.
I have just tried my desk top computer and I am having the same issue.
I can receive mail but cannot send through Pegasus.
I am able to send mail using Microsoft's Outlook.
I live in Manitoba Canada and my internet provider has been using Microsoft to host the email service for about 4 years.
They are in the process of moving email hosting back to a local server.
They assure me that they have made no changes to the existing Microsoft service.
The tech that I spoke with had no clue how to assist me. He had not heard of Pegasus mail.
Here is the error message that I am getting.
From: Mail Delivery System <>
To: Self
Subject: Mail Delivery Failure.
Date: Fri, 24 Apr 2015 12:41:53 -0500
X-PMFLAGS: 128 0 1 WBW5FVKQ.CNM
Delivery has failed on the enclosed message for the following
reasons reported either by the mail delivery system on the mail
relay host or by the local TCP/IP transport module:
*** TCP/IP error while processing job ***
A network error has occurred while WinPMail attempted to send
your message. This error could be caused by many conditions,
including the following:
* The remote host may have gone down.
* Your network may have been broken or gone down.
* You may have a configuration problem in your WINSOCK.DLL.
* If running on a SLIP line, you may have experienced a
timeout (increase the value in WinPMail's Network Config.
Dialog), or the phone line may have gone down or suffered
from excessive line noise.
WinPMail will requeue your message and try again later.
