I think her problem will become apparent if you see the "Reply with option" screen.  First thing to do is to click the small arrow to the right of the Reply button.  Once there you will see the options for configuration of the Reply button.

I like my Reply button set to the "Button does reply with option" setting.  In this setting, when the button is pressed a popup displays that allows for granular control of the reply.  I suspect things will make a bit more sense after seeing the popup and knowing about the other Reply button options.

I think that may have done it.  I don't know what changed that she never had this issue before, but going in there and selecting just the 'From' field under 'Send the reply to' seems to have done it.

Thanks a lot

Hi.  A customer of ours has used Pegasus for many many years with not a single issue until now.  I'm not very familiar with Pegasus so here I am.  She was a few versions behind so I did update her, but beyond that I'm not sure what to do.  This doesn't happen every single time but it does happen enough that I can replicate the issue in about 4-5 tries.  Basically you open an email from "Person A" and hit 'Reply' and the 'To' address in the reply window is someone completely different.  Sometimes it's her own email address, sometimes it's a whole different email address unrelated to the email she's replying to, and sometimes it'll even be several email addresses.

I know this is a kind of crazy issue, but can anyone recommend anything for me to try?  I'm much more familiar with Outlook and an issue like this would generally have me scanning for corruption at least to start.

 Thanks in advance.
