I've had to upgrade my PC from one running XP (for years!) to one running Windows 8.1 but still want to use Pegasus. Which version should I download?

There is seldom a reason not to download the latest version, in this case v4.70.

4.70 doesn't appear in the download list. Which is strange because I have it on my XP machine.
