Hello,

two of out webcams send emails without the "date-header". I try to add the header by a rule like: Expression NOT "Date:*" add header 'Date: ~Y'.

The problem is that ~Y is "Fri, 18 Jan 2019 18:36:36 +0100", not Fri, 18 Jan 2019 18:36:36 +0100 (quotation mark)

Does somebody has an idea?
