Since the middle of last month the sent folder has not been updated in my Pegasus email client.

Sending and receiving emails works correctly.

Check the following copies to self configuration controls:

In Tools | Options | Outgoing mail | Messages and replies:
Make sure the "On" radio button is selected for the "Copies to self" option

In Tools | Options | Outgoing mail | Copies to self ('outbox' ):
Use the 'Select folder" to select the destination folder for copies to self. Do this even if the folder name you see looks correct.
In the 'Interactive copies-to-self options' section, select the options for your desired behavior.

If you feel that copies to self are being made but are not appearing in the destination folder then there is likely a filter that is redirecting the messages.

BTW, this forum category is for suggestions on improving Pegasus Mail. The Community Discussions and Support category is the best place for inquiries about functional issues. Be aware that there are two "Community Discussions and Support" categories, one for Mercury and one for Pegasus Mail.

Thanks Brian, we have reviewed the option that you told us and it was configured by default, we have changed it to ON and now everything is OK.
