In Pegasus you do Tools / Internet Mail Options
At bottom left is a check box to create internet log
Then your try to send/receive messages.
It will create files under the mail directory in TCPLogs.
Note they will have plain text passwords, so don't upload them without editing or removing lines with password.
Also, under Tools /Internet Mail options pop3 and smtp have options
under security. Which ones do you have set. Never /STLS / SLS
Never would only be used if using a Tunnel (I use Stunnel and Never).
The other two depend on provider, if one doesn't work, change setting and try again.
Look at logs are might be an issue in the log file that gives details.
Some ISPs just what your email name, others want you to user email name @ and host address.
