OAUTH2 stopped working today. Not possible to download or send mails to/from gmail.

Hi,

OAUTH2 apparently stopped working today without any reason (I did not do any changes anywhere). It is not possible to download or send mails to/from gmail.

It says when downloading:

">> -ERR [AUTH] Invalid credentials."

and when sending:

"535 5.7.8 support.google.com/mail/?p=BadCredentials 5b1f17b1804b1-475de57b156sm73952115e9.13 - gsmtp"

I even upgraded to the latest 4.91 to solve the problem, but that did not help and caused new problems, which I will describe in a new message.

I hope that Google messed something up on Sunday and they will fix it themselves on Monday.

You may need to recreate your GGl credentials the same way you did the first time.

You may need to recreate your GGl credentials the same way you did the first time.

I suggest you first try the Revalidation process. It is in Tools > Internet Options > Gmail button. If, when you click the Gmail button, the process starts as if is creating a new OAUTH2 profile then some else may be going on. I mentioned "Identities" in my post to your last question. If you use multiple Identities then be sure you are running Pegasus Mail as the Identity of your Gmail account whenever you use the Gmail button.
