A recent post contained reference to the IER cache path which reminded me that I had intended to relocate mine to the default location when the change was made that placed it inside the new mailbox directory. I am thinking about doing it now and am wondering what the best procedure. Is it as simple as removing the existing path in the Cache-path setting in IER configuration and restarting Pegasus Mail? Perhaps a reinstall of IER following the removal of the Cache-path setting is needed?
I know that existing cache files will not automatically be relocated.

Changing to the default location can be done via IER's configuration dialog, it automatically preselects the proper path no matter where your previous one is located.

And with regards to already cached files: They actually are moved to the new location, this even works with the partially broken processing in the current release which only cannot properly return to the previous default: This has been fixed for the next release.

The process proved to be smooth, intuitive, and well implemented. A click in the Cache-path box then two OK button clicks was all it took. I'm impressed Michael, as usual.
