Developer's musings
Current status of Pegasus Mail v4.5

Just a short note to let you know that after a complicated December/January period, we're now reviewing bug reports in the Pegasus Mail v4.51 public beta with the aim of getting a formal release out in the next few weeks.

My thanks to everyone who has taken time to report issues, and to Michael in der Wiesche for acting as the report overseer during this period.

When we're ready for a formal release, announcements will be made prominently here.

Cheers!

HI David et al:

Apols - sent the comment without the following...

Having read through the content of my previous comment on text"standards", I can see that the best approach for this type of input from organisations is that html should be accessible and read through an appropriate web browser. Plain text is just that... and there seems to be an outburst of "standards" where they may not all be appropriate.

It may be good to say add /extend any "netiquette" information for Pegasus to include some comments on making your information avalable to all - including people with special needs and checking how your html performs in a browser using the appropriate W3 standards - and indeed html tidy to correct, especially if using this for wide audience distribution.

Kind regards

MM
