Hi all,

I am probably in the wrong area to post this but I couldn't find a template forum.  Anyway, first I want to use the helpdesk template that others have talked about but I don't know where to find it.  I looked in my resource folder.  Also I would like to know what files are needed for a template. Then I would like to know how to create a template if possible.

Hi all again,

Ok, I found the pm5 file for the helpdesk template.  I was confused as I read an article saying go to tools then template editor.  I am still using 4.02a have been waiting to upgrade to 4.5.  Does the newer version have a template editor?
